SUPPORT HUB
WHAT IS THE SUPPORT HUB?
The Support Hub provides a safe and welcoming place for homeless and potentially homeless individuals to receive basic needs, respite, socialisation, assessment and were needed support.
In its simplest form, Assertive Outreach supports people to get off the street. Annsgate as an emergency accommodation service is a step up from the street. Catherine House is supported accommodation before living independently and Floating Support supports people to live independently.
This ‘forked’ approach to practice - street outreach, temporary accommodation, and permanent housing - invariably requires the links, complementary policies and resources that will ensure cohesiveness and access to housing and support.
The Support Hub fulfils this link and ensures connectivity between all the services of the Welcome Organisation as well as to other services.

Basic needs are the essential resources required for survival and dignity. For individuals experiencing homelessness, these needs are often unmet due to the absence of stable housing, financial resources, or social support. Our support hub is designed to address these critical needs and empower our service users to move toward stability and independence. Here’s what we help with:
